I had W Hartley Ltd around to qoute after another company had quoted alot. Willie came around, looked up on the roof and gave me a very reasonable qoute. When work started, he noticed most of the membrane on the roof had perished (the reason for some water marks in attic) and quoted for extra work. Very efficient, polite and clean. I would definately be using for any further work in the future.
